We are proud to announce an agreement with Coral World International, a global leader with 50 years of heritage in marine education. After half a century in the industry, V-Corals will be their primary supplier of cultivated corals and a lead consultant for one of their most ambitious projects yet: Ocean Berlin.
Located in Berlin, Germany, Ocean Berlin is a state-of-the-art aquarium designed to be a beacon of marine conservation. Over the next four years, V-Corals will supply thousands of coral colonies, all grown within our precision-controlled inland facilities.
Ending the Era of Unethical Sourcing
This partnership represents a massive shift in how large-scale public aquariums operate. By sourcing coral colonies from V-Corals, Ocean Berlin is effectively:
- Eliminating wild extraction: Preventing the removal of thousands of colonies from fragile natural reefs.
- Ensuring biological success: Providing corals that are already acclimated to controlled environments, ensuring near-zero mortality during the transition.
- Setting a global benchmark: Proving that “Mega-Aquariums” can be stocked entirely through sustainable, inland cultivation without compromising on scale or biodiversity.

Our role extends beyond livestock. As the lead Coral Care Consultant, consulting and sharing our know-how and expertise, ensuring that the marine life in the tanks don’t just survive – they grow and thrive.
